1. Acceptable Use of AI & Auto-Responders
SpeedToLead AI provides automated real estate assistant software. You, as the subscriber, agree to use our artificial intelligence agents solely for legal, ethical, and qualified customer engagement. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform to:
- Deploy deceptive practices or transmit fraudulent property descriptions.
- Impersonate human licensed real estate agents without disclosing that communications are driven/supported by AI technologies.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or exploit the baseline LLM prompts or safety boundaries configured within our platform.
2. TCPA Compliance & SMS Opt-In Terms
To utilize our Twilio SMS integration, you must comply fully with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and international messaging standards:
- Prior Express Consent: You guarantee that all lead phone numbers ingested into our CRM hooks have explicitly opted in to receive SMS marketing.
- Opt-Out Mechanism: Our AI agents are built to automatically respect standard keywords such as "STOP", "CANCEL", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "QUIT". You agree not to bypass or interfere with these safety triggers.
- Indian Registry (DLT): For Indian businesses utilizing our local INR payment rails, you are solely responsible for registering your headers and SMS templates on local Indian distributed ledger technology (DLT) portals.
3. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellation
Billing details are governed by your selected tier (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise):
- Currency Scoping: Payments will be processed in USD or INR, based on your company configuration selected at registration.
- Failed Automatic Payments (e-Mandates): In compliance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) recurring payment regulations, if an automatic charge fails, the system will fallback and email a direct Stripe payment link. You have 7 days of grace to authorize the charge manually before your AI agent is paused.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the `/dashboard/billing` portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Liability Caps & Disclaimers
SpeedToLead AI operates as an "as-is" and "as-available" software product. We integrate with external LLM engines (Google Gemini Flash) and delivery services (Twilio). In no event shall SpeedToLead AI be liable for any lost profits, lost listings, or direct/indirect damages arising from incorrect statements generated by the AI agent during automated text streams. You must monitor chats and use the Manual Takeover Toggle when complex property details require direct human licensed oversight.
